Keep Your Eyes on the Road

Safe driving is just driving with common sense. Don't speed, obey the road signs, and don't tailgate. You should be a courteous driver on the road. If you are courteous, other drivers are likely to return the favor. It's also much safer to drive with courtesy. You should never drive rushed, stressed or angry either. Give yourself plenty of time to get to where you need to go. You should also be a prepared driver. Always travel with an emergency roadside kit, and make sure that you always travel with a charged cell phone (bring the charger, too!) and plenty of gas in the tank. Don't be that person that had a breakdown by the side of the road because they forget to put gas in the tank. Never drive intoxicated and don't let yourself get distracted by passengers, or your cell phone. Always have your eyes on the road.
